To understand organizational resilience, one looks to the PAST when an unexpected, disruptive event occurred to learn what is embedded in the organization that facilitates or hinders resilience. As the theoretical development of organizational resilience continues to the PRESENT, utilizing a tool of analysis developed by the researcher, power structures and gender coded organizational aspects are analyzed to better understand issues of equity and inclusion in relation to organizational resilience. In conclusion, a research project is presented on sustainability and collaborative FUTURE making (CFM) in the context of organizational resilience.
