Zoom, link to your e-mail when you register
Welcome to an open lecture with Dr. Kevin Kumashiro
Malmö University, together with other higher education institutions, is facing the difficult but extremely important task of safeguarding the open climate required for delicate societal issues to continue to be a natural element in academic education. We need well-thought-out ways to use the students' statutory influence in education, and it is important that we let the academic values of openness, independence, academic freedom and integrity show the way. Equally important is that teachers, researchers and students work together to create a constructive and creative conversational climate.
As a starting point for this upcoming joint work, we are now - as part of the Annual Academic Ceremony 2021 - inviting all students, teachers and researchers at Malmö university to this open lecture with Dr. Kevin Kumashiro.
