Research

Catrin Lammgård has a PhD in Business administration from School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg. In her research, she has mainly focused on sustainable logistics and different actor´s decision-making regarding freight transport. Her current research interests are sustainable transportation, both freight and passenger transports, especially in an urban and regional context. Other knowledge areas are real estate, digitalization of retailing, B2B relationships, purchasing, sustainable marketing. She works primarily with qualitative methods, but also with quantitative surveys, and see a value in using mixed methods. She is a member of the research group Urban Business and Development. In addition, she is a member of Svenska stadskärnors research council and is affiliated to the research in the Transport Purchasing Panel in Gothenburg. She has also been working in Sweden as a real estate agent, consultant and journalist.

Teaching

Catrin Lammgård teaches on two undergraduate programs in real estate, but also on the two-year international masterprogramme Urban Business and Development - Real Estate and Transport.
