I am passionate about fostering inclusive and sustainable workplaces. As a PhD student, my research focuses on examining the impact of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices in Swedish organizations.

My research interests are driven by a deep commitment to addressing prejudice and discrimination across diverse groups. I am particularly interested in exploring how organizations can adopt DEI practices that contribute to building a more inclusive society.

Through my work, I aim to develop practical tools and metrics that enable companies to enhance their social responsibility, tackle inequalities, and promote long-term, sustainable growth. By employing data-driven methodologies, I strive to generate meaningful insights that can inform both organizational practices and policy development, ultimately leading to greater social impact.
