Project description
The data lab is about exploring the legal and ethical possibilities for a city to bring together resident data to better understand the complex needs of residents.
Together with the residents of Helsingborg, we want to identify new public services, created based on an aggregated understanding of the individual data the city's administrations possess and which would mean increased value creation for the resident.
The legal part of the hypothesis is about finding legally viable ways of sharing data based on identified value creation for the resident. As far as the ethical aspects of the hypothesis are concerned, this part is about understanding the residents' attitude to data sharing of municipal individual data linked to increased value creation for the resident.
