About the course

This course focuses on the complex relationship between sport and gender. Sport has a great deal to do with gender, and by studying sport from a gender perspective the possibility of getting close to the heart of sport will increase. This course offers a series of Internet-based lectures, but more importantly, an opportunity to study how sport and gender relate, and what impact this particular relationship has on how we understand sport as well as gender.
