“Understanding drug problems: Voices from users, families, and professionals”

Drug-related problems often provoke strong emotions and political debate. But what is the lived reality for those most directly affected? Drug problems are complex and can only be fully understood through multiple perspectives. In this lecture, Torkel Richert highlights what we can learn by listening to people with lived experience of drug use, their family members, and the professionals who support and work with them. The lecture offers new insights into one of the most contested social issues of our time.
