Presentation
Joshua Farrell-Molloy became a PhD student in Global Politics at the Department of Global Political Studies in September 2023. His doctoral project focuses on extremist digital subcultures and is part of the EU-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie 'VORTEX' Doctoral Network, which focuses on developing new evidence-based innovative strategies to counter and prevent ideological and behavioural radicalisation.
He holds an MA in Security, Intelligence and Strategic Studies from the University of Glasgow and completed a BA in International Relations at Dublin City University. His research interests include the far-right, extremist digital subcultures and foreign fighters
