Presentation
I am a doctoral student in history and history didactics at Malmö University. My dissertation examines how the socialist Yugoslav state organised and governed international labour migration during the post-Second World War period. The dissertation focuses on the institutional and organisational frameworks established to manage labour migration, tracing their construction, adaptation, and implementation over time. The dissertation draws on a wide range of Yugoslav archival sources, including documents from federal, republican, and municipal levels, as well as materials from Yugoslav embassies and consulates. I also analyse contemporary press articles and both published and unpublished statistical data.
My research interests include labour history, labour migration, and the institutional impact on these phenomena.
