Exchange students, who wish to apply for University Housing at Rönngården, for Spring semester 2027, are welcome to fill out the application form below.

The application period is open from November 2, 9:00 CET until November 16, 23:59 CET.

Preferred housing option

Plase note that the preferred housing option cannot be gauranteed due to the limited availability of studio rooms.

Rental period

The start date of the rental agreement is January 1, 2027 and for some cases, due to lack of availability, January 15, 2027. The end date is May 31, 2027. The rental period is always for one semester at the time.

Later in April, you will be given an opportunity to extend your rental agreement. At that time, all tenants will have the chance to extend their stay throughout the following autumn semester, or just over the summer period, when June and July are rent-free.

Processing your personal data

In order to offer you a room/apartment, we need to process your personal data. Malmö University (Malmö University, 205 06 Malmö, 202100-4920) is the controller of your personal data.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting housing@mau.se. However, if you revoke your consent, it does not affect our processing of your information before you recall it.

Please note that data that is not treated with consent as a basis, such as an ongoing lease, may continue to be processed. The data will be deleted after the completion of treatment.

You also have the right to contact us for information about what information is processed about you or to request correction, transfer, deletion or restriction of your personal information.

You have the possibility to contact Malmö University's Data Protection Officer at dataskyddsombud@mau.se if you have questions about the treatment.

You are also entitled to lodge complaints with Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten if you feel that we are processing your personal information incorrectly.
