I am working as a doctoral student in Organizational Studies - professions, working life and transition. My research examines how different professions are affected by, relate to, and manage societal transitions, with a focus on digitalization, AI, and the green transition. It highlights how professional knowledge, ethics, autonomy, and competence development are shaped in this context.
