About the project
Ill health and high sickness rates are common among staff in elder care. The overall aim of this project is to increase the knowledge of responsible municipal politicians about the organizational and social work environment in elder care. To do this, a digital training course is planned for politicians responsible for elderly care. As part of this training, which will consist of lectures and recorded films with various professionals in elder care, the training will also be evaluated.
