Interprofessional Education (IPE)
Presentation
I am a registered nurse and lecturer holding a Master’s degree in Education. I am currently a doctoral candidate in Caring Science and dedicate 20% of my full-time position to teaching, primarily in the fields of pedagogy and supervision at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
My research area is Interprofessional Education (IPE), which aims to prepare healthcare professionals for effective collaboration within interprofessional teams in order to enhance the quality of healthcare services. My thesis focuses on how learning is facilitated and implemented by educators involved in undergraduate education for healthcare professions.
