About the project
The project builds on the previously co-designed model, The Stair of Knowledge, which was developed in close collaboration with nurse aides, registered nurses, managers, and other key stakeholders in municipal health care. The model aims to strengthen knowledge and competencies to support a systematic, evidence-based, and preventive approach to care. In this project, the model is further developed and implemented within municipal health care in Skåne. Through collaboration between research and practice, the project aims to support long-term and sustainable competence development and contribute to high-quality preventive care for older persons.
