I work as an associate professor and senior dental officer as well as subject representative for the odontological discipline Cariology.

My work includes research, teaching and clinical tasks.

Current research interests are: * Operative caries treatment in relation to deep dentine caries * Studies on restoration longevity using registry big data * Various aspects on salutogenesis that can have an impact on caries disease * Odontoblast biology in relation to dentine caries * Methods for identification of caries active individuals in big data registries * Base biologic studies on dentine caries and deep dentine caries * Base biologic studies on the collagen degradation process in dentine caries * Base biologic studies om microbiological aspects in dentine caries
