Opening of this year’s illustrated professor portraits

Malmö University invites you to the opening of this year’s illustrated professor portraits – a unique tradition in which each year a comic artist is commissioned to interpret the work of the University’s newly appointed professors.

This year’s artist is Coco Moodysson, selected by professor of visual arts Gunnar Krantz, in consultation with the project manager of the Annual Academic Celebration. The result is a series of images that reflects the personality and distinct academic profile of each professor – with a playful twist that challenges the classical portrait tradition.

The vernissage is open to the public.
