The stubbornly persistent non-adherence – can it ever be solved?

Whether patients take their medications—especially asthma medications—has been a long-standing interest of Malin Axelsson, Professor of Care Science. Patient adherence is also the theme of her inaugural lecture as professor. She explains that non-adherence is common and important to highlight in order to implement measures that can help improve adherence.
