Co-Create Malmö
A learning network for a sustainable, inclusive and equal Malmö
The path to a better future lies in each individual's ability to influence their own life and co-create their own context. The potential to be included and have influence is always present, regardless of whether the role is that of employee, student, resident or user. Those of us who work with social development can choose to try to create good conditions for this by engaging the voices, power and resources of many people – but this is often difficult to achieve.
Become part of Samskapa Malmö
The network is open to anyone who supports its purpose, regardless of background. The hope is to create a network with a broad range of perspectives, representing the public sector, social movements, non-profit organisations, academia, business and socially engaged citizens.
Co-create Malmö can be a community of practice for anyone who wants to challenge established structures, where we jointly explore collaboration and inclusion linked to leadership and work with complex social challenges. As a member of the network, you can get involved and participate according to your own capacity.
What does the network offer?
- New inspiration and knowledge about co-creation in practice by learning from each other.
- Collegial support and strengthened relationships across organisational and sectoral boundaries.
- Opportunities for unexpected collaborations and new initiatives to develop.
- Network meetings and invitations to thematic meetings and training courses.

Collaboration partners
Malmö has a long history of initiatives that promote greater participation in the development of the city and its organisations. We, the initiators of this network, have long worked to support this shift and would like to welcome more people to join us in shaping Malmö. Co-owned by Center for City Futures, The Change Academy, STPLN, Media Evolution City, Malmö Ideella and Companion Skåne. The network meets 4 times per year. All of the topics of the events are based on city challenges.
