Project description
The aim of this dissertation is to examine organizational resilience in Swedish Social Services, deepen the understanding of its conditions, and identify factors that contribute to or hinder resilient processes.
By combining quantitative and qualitative methods, I expect the dissertation to contribute to knowledge about organizational resilience in human service organizations. The ambition is also that the research will support the development of social work practice by highlighting factors that can strengthen organizational resilience within Social Services.
