Welcome to our annual symposium

The symposium will take place at Malmö University and will include lunch and dinner on 18 September. For the symposium, we plan a varied programme with invited keynote speakers combined with sessions, where you are invited to present and discuss your work in organisation studies.

Keynotes

  • Angelika Sjöstedt, Professor in Gender Studies, Mid Sweden University
  • Jens Rennstam, newly appointed Professor at Malmö University in Organisation Studies

Our research environment in Malmö is interdisciplinary and composed of researchers from across the university. We focus on organisations from the spirit of critical thinking, global engagement, sustainability, and inclusion to the generation and development of new forms of organising both in public, non-governmental and private spheres.

Key dates

If you wish to present your work, we ask for a small abstract of approximately 500 words to be sent no later than 23 August.

Abstracts and registrations

Abstracts and registrations are to be sent to Tracy Trägårdh. Paper presentation will be 20 minutes each, including Q&A.

Please include your name, departmental affiliation and food preferences when sending in abstract or registration.
