With a theoretical background and practical experiences in organisational psychology nationally and internationally, I have developed a keen interest in matters concerning career and employee wellbeing. As such, here at Malmö University, I am striving to support doctoral students' self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-leadership in terms of identifying and reaching those career-related goals outside of academia!
