About the project
Team Senior is a project that started in the autumn of 2023. The initiative of Karlskrona municipality aims to reduce the experience of loneliness in older adults and increase their sense of belonging. Participating in the project gives the opportunity to create new relationships and try activities that focus on movement, culture and health. The project will be evaluated in two ethnographic studies. The first study aims to describe interpersonal interactions, and the second describes the experiences of participating in a community-based intervention to reduce loneliness.
