Project description
The research project focuses on career pathways for nurse scientists. More specifically, the project maps and explores existing career pathways as they are described and experienced by nurses scientists.
Furthermore, it examines models, barriers, and facilitators for career development in clinically based positions, drawing on both existing research in the field and perspectives from nurse scientists and managers. In addition, a Delphi study is being conducted to develop prioritized outcomes (COS) for nurse scientists employed in clinical practice.
