The project
The national research school Development of Academic Competence in Healthcare Education (DACHE) aims to strengthen research capacity and research-based education in healthcare education. DACHE’s distinct contribution is the deliberate integration of advanced methodological training with academic teaching competence.
Three aims
DACHE is guided by three interlinked aims:
- Secure future faculty competence.
- Build a durable structure for academic expertise.
- Advance collaborative, implementation-oriented research.
Organisation and partnership
DACHE is a partnership between six universities in the network Lärosäte Syd, coordinated by Malmö University and the Department of Care Science. Lärosäte Syd comprises Malmö University, Lund Universit, Kristianstad University,Blekinge Institute of Technology, Linnaeus University and Halmstad University.
Doctoral students and international exchange
DACHE will recruit a total of 12 doctoral candidates. To strengthen international exchange, two international scholars are part of the advisory board, providing an international network for the PhD-students.
