About the project
The project studies how preventive work for children and young people within Early and Coordinated Interventions (ECI) is implemented in a local context, based on a qualitative case study of Trygga Barnet in Malmö. It explores how welfare policy intentions are translated into practice through processes of implementation, organisation, and interagency collaboration. The project highlights how the approach relates to children’s living conditions, needs, and rights, and how professional practices and the role of social work are reshaped in this preventive field.
