Project description
This project studies foreign-born parents' experiences of contact with the schools of their children.
- How do parents experience this contact?
- Which situations work well, and when do parents feel that they are not being listened to?
The study is conducted in collaboration between Malmö University and Rosengård Folkets Hus and is based on focus groups with parents during 2025. The results highlight parents' agency and provide a picture of both opportunities and challenges in the collaboration between home and school.
