How to apply
You must have a user account to apply
Once you have found a job you want to apply for, you will need to create a user account, or log in if you already have one, to continue the application process. Remember to update your user account if any details change.
If you choose to apply for the post directly from the advert, you will also be registered as a new user.

As a first-time visitor, you need to register a user account
To submit an application, you need to register a user account. You do this after clicking on the position you want to apply for. If you want to create a user account before submitting your application, click on the button below.
Log in if you already have a user account
If you already have a user account registered, you can access it via the button below, or when you apply for a new position.
If you have previously applied for a job
If you have previously applied for a job with us but did not register a user account at that time, you will need to register a user account. You can do this in two different ways:
- via the button below
- when you apply for a new position via the job advert
When you are presented with the login screen, click on ‘Create new password’, where you enter the email address you used when you previously applied for a job with us.
You will then be sent an email with a temporary password that you will use to complete your user account registration.
Assessment of your application
Applications are selected on the basis of registered qualifications and education. Please complete your application carefully and attach the required documents.

Malmö University is a public authority, which means that members of the public have the right to obtain official documents upon request, including your application and any other documents related to the recruitment.
Applying with a protected identity
If you have a protected identity, follow the instructions below and then contact the person(s) in the advert so that they are aware that your documents are on their way by post.
Send your application via post in a double envelope to the HR department of Malmö University. Put all documents in one envelope, mark it with ‘SEKRETESS’ and seal it. Then put this envelope in a regular envelope and send it to the address:
