My current research focus on sport in Greenland in a historical perspective, female sport journalists historically in the Nordic countries and the establishment of SM-veckan in Sweden and its spread to Denmark and Norway.

Main teaching obligations are related to the method courses on the bachelor and the international master at the Department for Sport Sciences.

Research interests: international sport events, history of sport, sports media, the role of politics in sport and sports and sustainability.
