Presentation
I am a PhD student in Global Politics at the department for Global Political Studies since February 2019. I have a master in Social Studies of Gender with a major in Human Geography from Lund University. In my PhD project, I am exploring the movement for reproductive justice and abortion rights in Ireland, with a particular focus on translocality, solidarity and knowledge production. My research interests include reproductive justice, sexual and reproductive health and rights, political organising, social movements, decoloniality and Black feminism.
Apart from my doctoral studies and teaching Gender Studies, I have been part of organising workshops on anti-racist feminist methodologies and pedagogies through the Gender Studies Research Group and the research platform REDEM - Rethinking Democracy at Malmö University.
