Project description

This research project aims to analyze the perceptions of PT quality and satisfaction among individuals in Sweden by examining comments on social media and open-ended responses in surveys. It intends to introduce the importance of having an eye on the potential community-derived indicators contributing to the improved accessibility and success of public transport.
