About the course
Course content
The aim of the course is for students to test, develop and deepen experiences, perspectives and methods, with regard to Challenge-Based Learning (CBL).
The focus of the course is to explore and test CBL from the perspective of teaching and learning in higher education. The course begins with a learning circle designed to augment an understanding of CBL, based on participants' previous standpoints and methods. Working cooperatively, participants discuss selected scientific articles using their own experiences as university teacher as a frame of reference. During the second part of the course, a CBL project is undertaken. Ethics and values are addressed throughout the course.

Course evaluation
Malmö University provides students who participate in, or who have completed a course, with the opportunity to express their opinions and describe their experiences of the course by completing a course evaluation administered by the University. The University will compile and summarise the results of course evaluations. The University will also inform participants of the results and any decisions relating to measures taken in response to the course evaluations. The results will be made available to the students (HF 1:14).
