Assistant Professor in Physics and Chemistry Ph.D in Surface Science of solid surfaces. Previous PostDoc Fellow at Danish Institute of Technology performing Ab-Initio calculations on Catalytical surface systems and Lithium-Air Batteries. Presently a partner in a Vinnova funded project, HySteel, with several industrial partners doing research on hydrogen embrittlement of high-strength steels using diffraction based measurements at internaltional synchrotron- and neutron-source facilities. Previous projects include research on hydrogen induced embrittlement in zirconium and titanium using ab-initio (DFT) calculations augmented with diffraction experiments (neutron, x-ray) etc. Supervisor: Ph.D student Teacher: Physics, Chemistry, Mechanics and Material science at basic and advanced levels. Other assignements: Head of the program Foundational Year in Science and Technology.
