Presentation

Jess Haynie-Lavelle has a masters in Global Health and is a doctoral student of Global Political Studies with Malmö University. Her research spans the intersection of AI technologies and Health through a political economy lens. Her thesis project investigates the utility of placing AI technology within a health communications role through a speculative design approach using a participatory methodology. The project focuses on the significance of holistic health communications and queries the appropriateness of AI systems to navigate transnational and transcultural boundaries.
