My research lies in the field of real estate science / real estate law, with particular focus on the conveyancing of real estate and housing.

Whilst I am rooted in law/jurisprudence, my research emphasizes the need for contextualization of the law, meaning that the law should be studied and understood in light of the context where it is meant to apply. This serves to shed light on, and underscore, the role of the law in different parts of society - in particular, here, the real estate and housing market - while at the same time adding precision to the legal analysis.
