In an increasingly fast-paced and globalised world, the mental health of employees is crucial to the success of the organisation and the well-being of the individual. This presentation explores the critical importance of creating mentally healthy workplaces and offers practical strategies for cultivating a supportive organisational culture. Building on the latest, we delve into the multifaceted nature of mental health and address risk and wellness factors. We will discuss steps employers and managers can take to promote mental health, including fostering open communication, introducing flexible working practices and providing access to mental health resources.
The seminar will be held in English.

Annabelle Neall, PhD, is a Senior Lecturer at Flinders University, in Australia and director of the Flinders Workplace Wellbeing Lab.
