I have a PhD in human work science and a broad interest in issues related to work, working life and organizations. My research concerns questions about working conditions, the organization of work, intersectional perspectives on work and organizations and gender equality work in organizations. In my doctoral dissertation, I examined how gender and gender equality work are constructed and how this affects gendered relations in the Swedish mining industry's male-dominated work organizations.

Currently I am working on two research projects, one concerning gender-integrating processes in working life with a special focus on the male-dominated profession truck drivers. The other project focus work environment risks for teachers and school leaders in relation to digital violations and cyberbullying.
