I have a PhD in Work Science and have a broad research interest concerning work, working life, and work organizations. My research particularly addresses issues of gender, gender equality, inequality, and the conditions, design, and organization of work. I completed my doctoral studies at Luleå University of Technology in 2019, and in my dissertation work, I examined how gender and gender equality efforts are constructed within the male-dominated work organizations of the Swedish mining industry.

Currently, I am engaged in two research projects. One project focuses on gender-integrating processes in working life, with a specific emphasis on the male-dominated profession of truck drivers. The second project deals with occupational health risks for teachers and school leaders related to digital harassment and cyberbullying.
