Project description
This research project takes a multi-tiered approach to examining the implementation and impact of hydro-power plant development in Georgia. It aims to expand knowledge surrounding the international environment in which many of these projects emerged, the national context in which they have been advocated for by numerous governments, and how local populations have responded to - and in many instances resisted - these developments.
