Nailing of thesis

PhD student Eigo Tateishi at the Department of Urban Studies, Faculty of Culture and Society, is nailing his thesis "The post-urbanization of Tokyo - Its spatiotemporal geography and governance". The thesis will be nailed digitally in Tokyo and physically by the main supervisor on the ground floor of Niagara building.

The nailing ceremony is a tradition in Sweden that takes place 3 weeks before the defence.
