About the project
I will use a phenomenological approach to understand the staff's common shared experience of ethical dilemmas and how they deal with this phenomenon.
Method
- Focus group interviews with staff who works close to the users at three different sheltered accommodations in Sweden.
- Go-along-participated observations at the accommodations.
- One-to-one interviews with staff. I will write an aggregation dissertation containing two scientifically published articles.
The project is carried out within the field of disability.
