About the project
The project is about interprofessional collaboration and education from different perspectives. The purpose is partly to explore how ready students in the healthcare professions are for interprofessional learning. This is done by examining how the students themselves rate their competence for interprofessional collaboration in relation to gender, profession, and personality traits. The project also aims to explore patients' and relatives' experiences of participation in interprofessional care.
The thesis work intends to contribute to an increased understanding and knowledge of the complexity of interprofessional learning and collaboration from the different perspectives.
