Education

Nathalie Auer earned her doctoral degree in Online Education and Learning Technologies from the University of Leicester, UK.

Research interests

Her research interests fall within the fields of digital learning, digital literacy and metacognition applied to digital reading. Her current research project is part of a project granted by the Swedish Research Council. The project aims to investigate what the rapid transformation into digitalized higher education means for university teachers’ sense of professional identity and professional practice (see "Projects" below).

Teaching and other responsibilities

She is course coordinator for the course Generative AI in Teaching and Examination in Higher Education for master students (see "Teaching" below) and teaches in the master’s programme Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (see "Activities" below)

She also works with Malmö University learning teachnologist team and provides support for pedagogical development of an educational offer within UNIC (see "Activities" below).
