Presentation
Associate professor in psychology (2015) My research is primarily about the work environment, working conditions and the organization of work. In these areas, I have had projects focusing on management and leadership in a global context, restructuring and learning, cyberbullying in working life, witnessing of bullying and digital harassments. I am also the director of the research center Center for work life and evaluation studies.
