Presentation
The purpose of my research is to highlight how a global dimension could be created in education and teaching towards sustainability. A special attention is paid to how the critical knowledge formation processes locally interact within global contexts. I research the variation in outreach created through participatory action research catalysing transformative - formal, non-formal as well as informal - learning towards sustainability in global-local settings. Extended collaborative higher education partnership via `Global Learning for Sustainable Development´ (GLSD) as a foundation, contributes to further enriching our higher education research in - and the development of - the master programs at the Faculty of Education and Society at Malmö university.
Elaborated on the theme “Educating for Sustainability - The why and the how” and participated in the Panel discussion of Teachers Training Camp, August 27, 2021 at Centre for Teaching and Learning. Continuously, also presenting my research at Global Corner, Malmö university.
