Presentation

My primary research interests encompass Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning, Situation Recognition and Reasoning in Cognitive Systems, Artificial Situation Awareness in dynamic environments, Reliable AI, Explainable AI, and the Internet of Things.

I hold a Ph.D. in Soft Computing and Computer Science, focusing on machine learning and optimization algorithms for intelligent systems. Additionally, I obtained a second Ph.D. in Engineering, concentrating on cognitive systems and the supervision of human operators.

I am working on several research projects with internal and external collaborators. For more information, please visit Artificial Situation Awareness x Lab (ASAxLab).

My contributions to academia include numerous publications in alignment with my research interests. Furthermore, I bring practical experience from my roles at various software companies, where I've served as a software designer, database administrator, and project manager.
